Functions at This Cafe
This Cafe has two dining areas. A private room that comfortably seats 24 people and the front of house dining area which seats 30 people.
We can cater for sit down dinners and finger food parties. This Cafe is fully licensed.
Canape Parties
You can select from an extensive range of canapes that that will suit your guests tastes and dietary needs. Items listed on the catering menu are included, there are also a selection of canapes that we can serve in house such as salt and pepper calamari, prawn gyozas, prawn and chicken spring rolls, pizzas etc.
Canape Parties are $25 per person and there is a minimum number of 30 guests required.
Formal Dinners
Two or three course dinners are available from two course meal $44 or three course $54.
We ask dinners to select Main Course and dessert or Entree and Main Course for the two course option.
Then select three options from each course. Each quest will be able to select from the chosen menu.
Entree
• Bruschetta - basil pesto, tomato, fetta, cracked pepper, olive oil, rocket and balsamic glaze
• Bruschetta – mesclun, smoked salmon, onion, capers, sour cream and balsamic glaze.
• Pumpkin Salad – Roasted pumpkin on a bed of rocket, capsicum,red onion. Dressed with parmesan, herb crumbs and balsamic reduction.
• Crumbed Prawns served with dipping sauces
• Salt and Pepper Calamari with salad garnish.
Fresh fettucini with
Arrabiatta Sauce – Tomato based sauce with garlic, bacon and basil.
Blue Cheese Sauce with ham, spinach and mushroom.
• Char grilled vegetable stack served on polenta with balsamic glaze
• Salt and Pepper Quail served with a salad garnish.
Main Course
• Salt and Pepper Calamari served with salad.
• Seafood Platter – hot smoked salmon rillettte, crumbed prawns, flathead, salt & pepper calamari.
• Chicken stuffed with sun dried tomato, fetta and spinach served with steamed vegetables and potato.
• Swiss Chicken – chicken breasts poached in wine and mustard stock topped with Swiss cheese and ham served with steamed vegetables and potato gratin.
• Chicken Tarragon Pies served with salad.
• Moroccan Lamb Tagine served with crunchy salad and spicy cous cous.
• Laska – chicken or prawn.
• Beef Guinness Pie served with steamed vegetables and potato.
• Scotch Fillet Steak with polenta and char grilled vegetables.
Fresh fettucini with Arrabiatta Sauce – tomato based sauce with garlic, bacon and basil.
• Fresh fettucini with blue cheese, ham, mushroom and spinach sauce.
• Fresh fettucini with basil pesto, chicken, mushroom and spinach sauce.
Salt and Pepper Quail served with salad.
Desserts
• Raspberry Amaretto Ice Cream served with toffee and cream.
• Lemon and Lime Citrus Tart served with brandy orange sauce and cream.
• Almond and Pear Tart served with cream.
• French Apple Cake served with raspberry sauce and cream.
• Sticky Date Pudding served with caramel sauce and ice cream.
