This Cafe is very proud to be supporting a Tasmanian business, The Art of Tea.  From humble beginnings in 2000 the Art of Tea began selling 12 different varieties of tea at Salamanca Market. They now have 100 tea and herbal varieties.
English Breakfast
This traditional best seller is a carefully chosen selection of broken leaf from Sri Lanka, Africa and the Assam region of India.
French Earl Grey
A delightful tea for Earl Grey lovers. A stunning brew with bergamot and lemon, beautifully decorated with blue flowers.
Ceylon Orange Pekoe
A fancy grade of full leaf tea from Sri Lanka.  It has a medium full body flavour – excellent for the afternoon, or for someone who doesn’t like a bitter after tasting tea.
Chocolate and Vanilla
A treat of chocolate and Madagascan vanilla bean flavoured black tea.
Monks Pear
Classic black tea blend of light bergamot and jasmine blossoms.
Sticky Toffee Pudding
A sweet black tea, enhanced with little caramel pieces.
Australian Chai
Australian and Indian teas mixed with the chai spice mix of cinnamon, clove, ginger, star anise and nutmeg.
China Sencha
A large leafed green tea, light & delightfully refreshing with a brisk taste.
Jasmine Green

Berries of the Forest
Freeze dried blackcurrants, strawberries, elderberries, bilberries & blackberries with hibiscus blossoms & rosehip. Luscious red infusion & caffeine free.  Fantastic for cooking & cocktails.
Vanilla cream
Similar to Berries of the Forrest but with the addition of small vanilla pieces.
Chamomile
The perfect night time drink. It has a sweet fragrance and floral taste.
